Founded in 2007 by two French engineers Vincent Labedan and Philippe De Rovère, VLI Vostok executes avant-garde projects for important international companies. VLI Vostok is active all over Russia, mainly in the industrial and retail sectors. Our company takes care of architectural and structural design, engineering and construction activities, working as general designer as well as general contractor.

3.Construction

VLI Vostok works as specialized fit out and engineering network contractor and has the capacity to act as general contractor whenever required. The works are carried out by our own workforce as well as with the help of experienced sub-contractors working under our direct supervision in order to guarantee the appropriate work quality in the agreed time schedule. Preparing the execution documentation by our in-house design office before starting the works allows us to ensure full technical control during the construction stage. Our company’s approach to the management of Health, Safety and Environment (“HSE”) is pro-active; our specialists regularly attend dedicated seminars and training courses.

4.Government relation & expert support

Almost each construction project requires a comprehensive list of approvals and each of them can become critical if not handled timely.

We will take care of administrative procedures such as receiving the building permit & enabling connection to utilities as well as getting the commissioning certificate.
